You can opt for a SIZE EXCHANGE within 7 DAYS of receiving the delivery of your parcel from us.
We DO NOT offer refunds but are more than happy to do a SIZE EXCHANGE for you.
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us for a SIZE EXCHANGE of the SAME PRODUCT CATEGORY.
If the value of the exchange items is MORE than the original cost of the order then the CUSTOMER will need to pay the DIFFERENCE.
If the value of the exchange items is LESS than the original cost of the order then we will REIMBURSE the customer for the DIFFERENCE.
